1. Appointment

You are appointed as an independent ambassador for For The People B.V., authorized to promote and refer our digital educational services to third parties in exchange for performance-based compensation as specified in the official Compensation Plan.

2. Ambassador Obligations

You agree to:

• Act ethically and professionally in all communications and promotions;

• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims regarding For The People B.V., its services, or potential outcomes;

• Refrain from offering financial, investment, legal, or health advice;

• Obtain prior written approval before publishing independent marketing materials using our trademarks or branding;

• Protect confidential information and respect the privacy of leads and members.

3. Compensation

Commissions, rewards, or bonuses are based on performance metrics and governed by our official Compensation Plan. No commissions shall be paid on refunded purchases or in situations involving account suspension, investigation, or breach of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property and Branding

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of For The People B.V.  Ambassadors may not create or distribute logos, presentations, websites, or merchandise using our brand without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other. For The People B.V. reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of material breach, unlawful conduct, or serious violation of company policies.

For The People B.V. may temporarily suspend ambassador privileges during investigation of suspected misconduct.

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose, replicate, or misuse any confidential or proprietary information received during your engagement as an ambassador. This obligation continues after termination of the Agreement.

7. Liability and Indemnification

You act as an independent contractor and not as an employee or legal agent of For The People B.V.  You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes, social contributions, or regulatory obligations arising from your activities. You shall indemnify and hold harmless For The People B.V. against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your conduct or unauthorized representations.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency between the parties.

8. Legal Disclaimers

Ambassadors may not represent themselves as financial advisors or employees of the company. No income guarantees may be made. All promotional content must contain appropriate disclaimers and comply with our guidelines.

9. Amendments

For The People B.V. may update this Agreement for legitimate business reasons and in accordance with applicable Dutch law. Material changes will be communicated via official channels. Continued ambassador activity after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Re-enrollment Restriction

An individual whose Ambassador account has been terminated—whether voluntarily, due to inactivity, or by For The People B.V. for cause—may not re-enroll or sign up under a different sponsor or Ambassador account for a period of six (6) full calendar months from the date of termination.

Re-enrollment is only permitted under the original sponsor, unless For The People B.V. provides explicit written approval for a sponsor change.

Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, including creating an account under a different identity or encouraging others to do so, may result in immediate termination of any related accounts and forfeiture of commissions.
