1. Purpose

This Marketing & Advertising Policy defines the ethical, legal, and brand-related standards for any promotional activities undertaken by For The People B.V., its ambassadors, and third-party affiliates. The goal is to protect the integrity and reputation of For The People B.V. in all public representations.

2. General Standards

All marketing communications involving For The People B.V. must be truthful, not misleading, and clearly distinguishable as promotional. Disclosures must be included where legally required, and claims must be fact-based and substantiated.

3. Approved Content Only

Only marketing materials officially provided or pre-approved by For The People B.V. may be used. Unauthorized use or modification of For The People B.V. logos, brand assets, and templates is strictly prohibited. Ambassadors may not register domain names, business names, social media accounts, or trademarks that contain or closely resemble the name "For The People", "StartWithFTP", or any associated brand elements without prior written consent.

4. Income and Earnings Claims

Ambassadors and representatives of For The People B.V. are prohibited from making guarantees of income or financial success. Any reference to potential earnings must be accompanied by an explicit disclaimer noting that results vary and depend on individual effort and other factors. Lifestyle claims, income screenshots, or representations suggesting guaranteed financial independence, rapid wealth, or replacement of employment income are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by For The People B.V.

5. Restricted Marketing Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam);
- Misrepresenting product or company affiliations with For The People B.V.;
- Using false testimonials or fabricated endorsements;
- Engaging in aggressive, unethical, or deceptive marketing tactics;
- Promoting the company in jurisdictions or platforms where it is not authorized;
- Engaging in misleading commercial practices, including false scarcity claims, exaggerated results, hidden costs, or failure to disclose material information.

6. Social Media and Online Promotion

All social media and online promotion involving For The People B.V. must comply with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and advertising standards. Ambassadors must clearly identify promotional posts and maintain professional conduct. Private opinions must be clearly separated from official company representations.

7. Independent Status

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their status as independent affiliates and may not portray themselves as employees, agents, or legal representatives of For The People B.V.. They may not create websites, domains, or social accounts that mimic official For The People B.V. channels.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

For The People B.V. reserves the right to monitor ambassador and affiliate activities for compliance with this Policy.

In the event of non-compliance, For The People B.V. may, at its discretion and depending on the severity of the violation:

- Issue a formal warning;
- Require corrective action within a specified timeframe;
- Suspend promotional privileges;
- Withhold or suspend commission payments;
- Terminate the Ambassador Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, For The People B.V. shall not be liable for independent actions taken by ambassadors, affiliates, or third-party promoters that fall outside the scope of authorized marketing activities.

Each ambassador acts as an independent contractor and bears full responsibility for their own communications, representations, and compliance with applicable laws.

Nothing in this Policy shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under Dutch law.

10. Legal Compliance

Ambassadors are individually responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate, including but not limited to Dutch and EU consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, unfair commercial practices legislation, and data protection laws.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as transferring legal responsibility for an Ambassador’s independent actions to For The People B.V.
