Refund Policy 

1. Right of Withdrawal

EU-based consumers are entitled to a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal for digital service purchases, regardless of whether the service has been accessed, activated, or used, provided this right is exercised within the legal term under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase by an EU-based consumer.
- The request complies with our platform’s Terms and Conditions and is not related to misuse or violation of the platform.
- The purchase was made directly through our official platform or approved sales partners.

Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is submitted outside the 14-day period without other legal grounds under applicable local law.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time after the 14-day withdrawal period. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

4. Refund Process

Valid refund requests will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@startwithftp.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

5. Exclusions

This policy does not affect statutory rights applicable in your country of residence. Refunds exclude any commissions already paid to affiliates or partners.
