1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law, consumers have
the right to withdraw from a digital service agreement within fourteen (14)
calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

1.2 For our standard membership, For The People B.V. applies this 14-day
withdrawal right generously and does not refuse a request on the sole ground
that the service has already been accessed or used.

1.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply, and lapses, where the customer has
expressly requested that For The People B.V. begin performance before the end
of the withdrawal period and has expressly acknowledged that the right of
withdrawal is thereby lost. This follows Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code
and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where that express request and
acknowledgement are given at the moment of purchase, the purchase is final from
the moment delivery commences.

1.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers purchasing in the
course of a business or profession.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase by an EU-based consumer.
- The purchase was made directly through our official platform or approved sales partners.

Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is submitted outside the 14-day period without other legal grounds under applicable local law.
- The customer expressly requested immediate delivery and expressly waived the
  right of withdrawal at the moment of purchase, and delivery has commenced.
- The purchase was made in the course of a business or profession.

Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or demonstrable misuse of the payment system.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time after the 14-day withdrawal period. Membership continuation requires active renewal. No automatic renewal applies unless explicitly stated during the checkout process.

4. Refund Process

Valid refund requests will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days to the original payment method. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@startwithftp.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exclusions

Internal commission adjustments related to refunded transactions are handled separately in accordance with the applicable Compensation Plan.

6. Model Withdrawal Statement

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the following statement:

"I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of digital services concluded on [date of purchase]. Name: [Your Name]. Email: [Your Account Email]. Date: [Date of Request]."

You may submit this statement via email to support@startwithftp.com.

7. Specific Programs and Offers

For The People B.V. may offer specific programs, packages or one-time offers
governed by their own separate terms, which are presented to and expressly
accepted by the customer at the moment of purchase. Where such separate terms
exist and have been accepted, they prevail over this Refund Policy in the event
of any conflict, for that purchase only. This applies in particular to the
Founding Members Program, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
