1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital service agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

For The People B.V. voluntarily applies this 14-day withdrawal right regardless of whether the service has been accessed, activated, or used within this period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase by an EU-based consumer.
- The request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
- The purchase was made directly through our official platform or approved sales partners.

Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is submitted outside the 14-day period without other legal grounds under applicable local law.

Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or demonstrable misuse of the payment system.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time after the 14-day withdrawal period. Membership continuation requires active renewal. No automatic renewal applies unless explicitly stated during the checkout process.

4. Refund Process

Valid refund requests will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days to the original payment method. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@startwithftp.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exclusions

Internal commission adjustments related to refunded transactions are handled separately in accordance with the applicable Compensation Plan.

6. Model Withdrawal Statement

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the following statement:

"I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of digital services concluded on [date of purchase]. Name: [Your Name]. Email: [Your Account Email]. Date: [Date of Request]."
