1. Purpose

This policy outlines the procedures by which For The People B.V. maintains transparency and legal consistency in the updating and management of its terms, policies, and user agreements.

2. Right to Amend

For The People B.V. reserves the right to modify or update its terms, conditions, policies, or agreements for legitimate business reasons and in accordance with applicable Dutch law. Updates may be necessary due to legal changes, regulatory requirements, business improvements, or platform enhancements. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided.

3. Notification of Changes

Material changes to terms or policies will be communicated to users via email, dashboard announcements, or other suitable digital means. Minor or editorial updates may be published without notice.

4. Effective Date

Each updated document will contain an effective date indicating when the changes take effect. The latest version supersedes all prior versions from that date onward.

5. User Acceptance

Where material changes are implemented, continued use of the platform or services after the Effective Date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users who do not agree to the updated terms must discontinue use of the services.

6. Version Tracking

Previous versions of key documents will be archived and made available upon request to ensure transparency and accountability.

7. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy shall limit or override any mandatory rights granted to users under applicable Dutch or EU law.
