This Compensation Plan outlines the commission structure, bonus qualifications, and payout mechanics for all active ambassadors and distributors of For The People B.V.. Participants are responsible for understanding the contents of this plan as referenced in the official Ambassador Agreement. This plan may be updated periodically. The latest version will always prevail.
For The People B.V. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of this Compensation Plan for legitimate business reasons, subject to reasonable notice where applicable and in accordance with Dutch law.
1. Structure Overview
For The People B.V. operates using a binary compensation model. Each distributor builds two legs (left and right), where personal enrollments and team activity contribute to rank progress and weekly payouts. Points are accrued through paid active customers only. Free positions (such as 4 No More members) do not count as active points for rank advancement or payouts.
2. Definitions
- Active Customer: A paying customer with an active subscription. Only members with a fully paid and current subscription, without any lapse or refund request, are considered ‘active’ for the purpose of rank qualification and payout.
- 4 No More: A rank indicating a distributor has 2 active customers in each leg, qualifying them for free education access. This rank does not yield payouts.
- Billing Cycle: A period of 28 days. Continuation requires active renewal by the Ambassador. No automatic renewal applies.
- Point: Each active customer equals 1 point in the leg where they are placed.
- 90% Rule: After qualifying for a rank for the first time, you may maintain that rank with 90% of the original team requirement. This applies only to the team structure (left/right points), not to personal active customer requirements. This 90% maintenance rule does not apply to the rank of Silver Leader. Silver Leader must meet 100% of its original qualification requirements in each qualification period. For example, a rank requiring 125 left and 125 right may be maintained with 113 left and 113 right after initial qualification.
- Refund Adjustment Rule: If a customer requests a refund within the 14-day refund window and the removal of their point(s) would result in the referring distributor not meeting the rank requirement that qualified them for payout, the payout will be retroactively adjusted to match the correct rank. This adjustment may be applied to the current payout or deducted from a subsequent payout, depending on timing. For The People B.V. reserves the right to request additional information and investigate any refunds or customer activity to determine whether the transaction was legitimate and whether the customer represented a real and independent participant. For The People B.V. reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or offset commissions in cases of suspected abuse, artificial structuring, non-genuine customer activity, refund manipulation, or violation of company policies.

4. Weekly Payout Timing
Every Monday, the system takes a snapshot of your left and right leg points (active paying customers). Based on that data, payouts are calculated and executed the following Friday (10–11 days later). The snapshot data as recorded by the official company system shall be deemed final and binding for payout calculations, unless a demonstrable technical error has occurred.
5. Subscription Deduction
The standard monthly subscription fee is €135. This is deducted proportionally (€33.75 per week) from your weekly earnings before payout. Only paying members are considered ‘active’ and generate rank points or qualify for bonuses.
6. Notes and Conditions
Points are only counted from active (paying) customers.
- 4 No More distributors do not generate commission payouts.
- Ranks must be achieved by Monday to qualify for payout the following week.
- You must maintain your 4 No More status every billing cycle (28 days) to avoid losing free access.
- Commission structure may evolve; always refer to the latest published plan.
- All payouts are in USD and subject to exchange rate differences and local tax compliance.
- Ambassadors must comply with all applicable Dutch and EU laws, including consumer protection, advertising regulations, and data protection laws.
All earnings are subject to compliance with For The People B.V.'s Code of Conduct and Ambassador Agreement. Any violation may result in withholding or forfeiture of commissions.

7. Independent Contractor Status
Nothing in this Compensation Plan shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between the Ambassador and For The People B.V. Ambassadors act as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own taxes, social security contributions, and legal compliance.
