1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and For The People B.V. regarding your access to and use of our digital educational services and associated platform. By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the services immediately.

2. Eligibility

To access our services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Description of Services

For The People B.V. provides digital education focused on personal development and financial literacy. Our services include, but are not limited to, access to live training, recorded webinars, curated courses, and mentorship programs. We do not sell physical products or regulated financial instruments, and we are not a licensed financial advisory entity.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are required to provide accurate and complete registration information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

5. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions

Our services are provided on a recurring billing cycle of four (4) weeks. Our services are provided on a billing cycle of four (4) weeks. Continuation of access requires active renewal by the member. No automatic renewal applies unless explicitly agreed during the payment process. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where mandated by law. We use third-party payment processors to securely manage transactions, and no payment details are stored on our servers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law, you may withdraw from a digital service agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether the service has been accessed, activated, or used. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@startwithftp.com within this withdrawal period. Upon receipt of a valid request, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days. After this fourteen-day period, no refunds will be issued, and the agreement will remain in force until its natural expiry in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

7. Code of Conduct

Members and distributors must act in good faith and in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU consumer protection and commercial laws. Misleading claims, unauthorized financial advice, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

8. Independent Status

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between For The People B.V. and any member or distributor. Members and distributors act independently and are solely responsible for their own legal and tax obligations.

9. Force Majeure

For The People B.V. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, pandemics, epidemics, or any other force majeure events.

In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users as soon as practicable and to resume the performance of our obligations as soon as the situation permits.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding provided on the platform are the intellectual property of For The People B.V. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use such content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, investment, or financial advice. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any content provided. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

No earnings, financial results, or personal development outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, skill, and market conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch law, For The People B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable Dutch or EU law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory rights of consumers under applicable EU law.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding our services or Terms, please email us at complaints@startwithftp.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

15. Amendments to the Terms

For The People B.V. may update these Terms for legitimate business reasons and in accordance with applicable Dutch law. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Dutch law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Membership Terms

By becoming a member of For The People B.V. you are granted access to a personalized digital learning experience. Membership access is strictly individual and non-transferable. Members are prohibited from sharing account credentials, materials, or course content with third parties. Memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle of four (4) weeks. Continuation requires active renewal unless otherwise specified during the checkout process. Access to content begins upon successful payment and continues for the duration of the active subscription.

Memberships are intended for personal educational use only. Any commercial redistribution, duplication, or republishing of membership content without prior written consent is strictly forbidden.

Violation of these membership terms may result in account suspension or permanent revocation without refund. All other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply in full to membership holders.
