Founding Members Program Terms

FOUNDING MEMBERS PROGRAM — TERMS
Version 1.0 — 19 August 2026

1. PROVIDER

The Founding Members Program is offered by For The People B.V., Vanadiumweg 11A,
3812 PX Amersfoort, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of
Commerce under number 94210020, VAT number NL866681504B01.

2. WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING

The Founding Members Program is a single, indivisible package consisting of:

  1. Twelve months of full access to the FTP platform. These twelve months
     commence on the day the platform goes fully live.

  2. Early access — access to the platform as components become available,
     ahead of general availability.

  3. Building along — participation in the testing rounds with all Guardians,
     the opportunity to give feedback on the platform, and to be heard on the
     final changes before go-live. This participation is advisory in nature and
     confers no control, no ownership, and no entitlement to any compensation.

  4. Event privileges — for twelve months, early entrance and a seat of your
     own choosing at every FTP event.

  5. No renewals until go-live — from the moment of purchase until the platform
     goes fully live, you are not required to renew your existing membership and
     your account remains active.

  6. Founding Members Channel — direct access to the private channel with the
     corporate team.

3. PRICE

The price is EUR 2,500 including VAT per package, payable once at purchase. The
applicable VAT rate is determined by your country of residence. Business buyers
who provide a valid VAT number will be invoiced accordingly.

4. AVAILABILITY

The program is limited to 25 places and is available until 26 August 2026,
23:59 CEST, or earlier if all 25 places have been taken. This is a one-time
offer that will not be repeated.

5. COMMENCEMENT OF DELIVERY

Delivery commences immediately upon payment. Immediately after payment, your
access to the Founding Members Channel, your participation in the testing
rounds, your early access and your event privileges are activated, and your
renewal obligation lapses.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Because this package consists of digital content and immediately accessible
services that are delivered immediately at your express request, and because you
expressly declared at purchase that you waive your right of withdrawal, the
statutory right of withdrawal lapses at the moment delivery commences.

If you purchase as a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

7. REFUNDS AND TRANSFER

The package is non-refundable. The package is personal and may not be
transferred to third parties.

8. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

The platform is under development. The composition of its features may change.
For The People will use its best efforts to deliver the platform as announced,
but gives no guarantee as to a specific delivery date or as to the presence of
individual features.

9. NO RETURNS OR EARNINGS PROMISE

This package is a purchase of access, education and participation. It is not an
investment, not a loan and not a contribution of capital. It confers no
entitlement to any return, profit share, commission or other financial
compensation, and does not count towards rank, qualification or volume within
the compensation plan.

10. TRANSFER TO FOR THE PEOPLE AG

For The People is transferring its activities to a Swiss company. Upon that
transfer, the rights and obligations under this agreement pass to that company.
Your access and your rights under this package remain unchanged.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you are a consumer
resident in another EU member state, you additionally retain the protection of
the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms, the General Terms and Conditions of For The People B.V. and the Refund Policy, these Terms prevail for this purchase.
